As an officer of LegacyTree Foundation, Nanette oversees the daily operations of the organization.
One of her primary responsibilities is to administer all aspects of compliance related activities for LTF, including state and federal registrations and regulatory filings. She also coordinates all aspects of contract administration and facilitates the proper processing of the wide variety of assets that are used to fund LTF LegacyPlans.
Nanette began her career in the nonprofit arena in 2002 as a specialist in real estate as it pertains to charitable planned giving. As a certified paralegal and a licensed realtor, she has facilitated over $50 million of real estate transactions (including farmland, commercial & industrial properties, raw land and rental property units) across the country to benefit charitable organizations. She continues to oversee and manage real estate oriented planned giving transactions for LegacyTree Foundation.
Prior to her involvement in the non-profit arena, Nanette worked in the senior market as a licensed health and life representative.
She is engaged in charitable work to benefit underprivileged children and their parents in inner-city Nashville, and has coordinated charitable partnerships to provide for increased funding and volunteer participation. She currently lives in Nashville, TN with her 2 sons and is actively involved in church and school activities.
